We are looking for a Core Solution Engineer to support our SMB business in Brazil.

This role requires someone who can combine strong business acumen, an AI-first mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is not only technically capable, but also able to quickly understand customer challenges, prioritize the right opportunities, and use AI and technology to increase the speed and quality of the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

\- Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and identify where Solution Engineering can have the greatest impact.

\- Lead effective discovery conversations focused on business challenges, priorities, KPIs, and desired outcomes.

\- Translate business needs into compelling Salesforce solutions and customer stories.

\- Deliver demos, presentations, workshops, and technical validations with speed and quality.

\- Operate effectively in a high-volume SMB environment, balancing multiple opportunities and prioritizing based on business impact.

\- Use AI tools as part of the daily workflow to accelerate customer research, discovery preparation, solution design, demo creation, prototyping, and follow-up.

\- Position Salesforce across CRM, Data, AI, Agentforce, and the broader platform.

\- Collaborate with Specialist SEs and other teams when deeper product expertise is required.

\- Continuously experiment with new AI technologies and identify ways to improve pre-sales productivity and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

\- Strong business acumen and ability to connect technology to measurable customer outcomes.

\- Experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, Consulting, SaaS, CRM, or similar roles.

\- Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

\- Strong interest and practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, or similar technologies.

\- Ability to use AI to improve productivity, create prototypes, research customers, and prepare customer-facing experiences.

\- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple opportunities at the same time.

\- Strong discovery, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

\- Ability to learn quickly, experiment, and work with autonomy.

\- Strong collaboration and partnership with Sales.

\- Portuguese fluency and professional English. Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, APIs, automation, Salesforce certifications, prompt engineering, AI agents, vibe coding, or rapid prototyping tools.
