- As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Salesforce, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving growth in the Latin American market (LATAM). In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead generation, and understanding the sales cycle, in addition to positioning yourself for a successful career in Sales Development.
- Manage and nurture Partner Leads (PLs), working closely with consulting partners to ensure a smooth lead handover and progression through the sales funnel. This includes qualifying PLs, aligning with partners on next steps, and ensuring timely follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
- Qualify inbound leads generated through Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, using our Customer 360 platform.
- Conduct outbound lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, with a focus on pipeline generation across multiple segments.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings with potential customers, while being a key factor in showcasing our platforms through live demonstrations.
- Perform research on target accounts, identifying key contacts, and helping develop personalized outreach strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation.
- Track and manage prospecting activity using Salesforce’s CRM platform to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion.
- Leverage the use of Salesforce's AI tools to streamline sales workflows, empower the team with timely insights, and articulate the value proposition of our offerings to drive business growth.
- Structured Training: The BDA Program offers comprehensive enablement, including sales methodology, product knowledge, and role-specific skills development.
- Mentorship and Support: Work side by side with experienced SDRs and sales leaders, gaining invaluable mentorship to help you progress in your career.
- Career Advancement: BDAs who successfully complete the program are well-positioned to advance to SDR roles within 6-12 months, accelerating their sales careers at Salesforce.
- Hands-on Experience: BDAs are immersed in the real-world challenges of lead qualification, profiling, and nurturing, preparing them to contribute immediately to the sales pipeline.
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between June/2027 and December/2027.
- English intermediate.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
