Senior Solution Architect – Cross Industries LATAM Role Summary

The Senior Solution Architect will be part of the Cross Industries Solution Architecture team at LATAM level, supporting customers across different industries by designing innovative, scalable, and value-driven Salesforce solutions. This role will act as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, driving digital transformation initiatives through Salesforce Platform capabilities, Customer 360, multi-cloud solutions, emerging technologies such as Agentforce, and the effective adoption of AI-powered tools to accelerate solution design, improve productivity, and deliver greater customer value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and defining solution visions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the end-to-end design of Salesforce solutions, leveraging the Customer 360 vision and multi-cloud strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and functional workshops to gather requirements, define business processes, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Design and document business processes using structured frameworks and methodologies to ensure efficiency and alignment with project goals.
• Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping when required.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering alignment across business, product, and technology.
• Partner with project managers to provide technical guidance, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants, promoting technical excellence across the team.
• Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities when required.
• Lead executive-level conversations, influencing business and technology decisions with C-level stakeholders.

Experience & Skills Required

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle (from planning to go-live) with repeated and demonstrable success
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in complex digital transformation programs.
• Strong expertise with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and other relevant Salesforce Clouds.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and solution architecture best practices.
• Experience working in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to balance business needs with technical considerations, making sound architectural decisions and evaluating trade-offs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business and technical challenges.
• Advanced or fluent English (required); Spanish proficiency is preferred.
• Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and the adoption of AI tools to enhance solution and delivery processes is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following industries: MAE/CBS (Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy / Consumer Business Services - Utilities); FINS (Financial Services including Insurance); HLS (Healthcare and Life Sciences); RCG (Retail Consumer Goods); PubSec (Public Sector, Non-profit, and Education)
